Rafoo Yang - Modern Artist
I am a minimalist artist who focuses on black or white monochrome.My work is based on simplicity, and explores different media and conceptual expression. Inspired by minimalism and conceptual art, the integration of art with fashion, life, and creation can be created to people's comfort and thinking. Through creation, I hope to connect space, emotion and human experience to bring eternal expression to modern aesthetics.
The works of White/Black are a silent invitation that invites you to stop and examine the existence of the simplest answer. In the pure white, we can get rid of the complication and return to the initial state. It is soft but not empty, and the power is contained in the fragile. Black, pure self, is the deepest expression. They symbolize the uncertainty of life, and also show a unique power: finding meaning in randomness and looking for trajectories in chaos.
About Creation: Painting is the art of representation, displaying the perceptions, views and feelings of the artist. In terms of creating, I choose to introduce order into my works; adding motifs; the depiction of everything maintains a consistent style of idiomatic construction with clear attributes. In both creation and life, one always need to create some structure for oneself.
The creation of BLACK art The artistic production of black' conceals a widely accepted general aesthetic theory that contributes to the order, integrity and harmony of the work as a whole. The work, which is palpable, material and carries within itself the various traces of its production, will be understood entirely on its own, without reference to any external object, and can be imagined at will. Imagination and the ability to be imagined is a tender thing.
The appreciation for natural materials, the use of organic and lively materials in the process of painting, pulp, wood, ceramics...., let them be involved into the painting, breaking through the aesthetic convention of which painting must present art through the erements of "colour, form and space".
